Languages, outputs and review: the details that help you choose.
- Which languages are supported?
- Subtitles support 48 target languages. Each task translates into one target language; create another task for another version. Available dubbing languages and voices are shown in the workspace and may cover fewer languages.
- How long can my videos be?
- Free trial files can be up to 90 MB and 15 minutes. Paid plans offer up to 90 MB, 20 minutes and batch processing. We verify duration on the server before you approve the cost.
- What happens if a task fails?
- If processing fails, the credits charged for that task return to your account automatically. Subtitles generated before a dubbing failure remain downloadable. Credit returns are separate from cash refunds for plan purchases.
- Is my content private?
- Uploads and finished files are private to your account and downloads require sign-in. Relevant content is sent to AI providers to transcribe, translate and dub your media. See the privacy policy for storage and deletion details.
- Will dubbing keep my voice and lip movements?
- Subtitle mode keeps your original audio. Dubbing generates new speech with the AI voice available in the workspace; it does not clone the original speaker or alter lip movements. Listen to the voice sample before you start.
- Should I review the translation before publishing?
- Yes. Check names, brand terms, numbers and product claims. AI wording and pronunciation can need adjustments. Download the SRT to revise it in a subtitle editor, and have a speaker of the target language review your video or audio before publishing.
